It's Teacher Appreciation Week and we're sharing your shout-outs for your favorite teachers! Faulk Elementary parents Sarah and Casey nominate Ms. Melton: "As a new member of the community this year and no knowledge of APISD, Ms. Melton has been the vital link in forming the most important experience—loving learning at school—for our little first grader! She has welcomed all her students this year with open arms and provided a positive, safe and interactive classroom for learning, while keeping her students excited and engaged. It is because of teachers like Courtney Melton, who pour countless ours of love, time and energy into their classrooms, who create positive environments for our students to continue grow into the types of people we want our children to become. It is for these reasons and more- that we think Ms. Melton is so deserving of appreciation every week!" Thank you Ms. Melton! #TeacherAppreciationWeek #WeAreAP
